Marking the tenth anniversary of the passing of Prof. Dr. Igor Štoković, Arena Hospitality Group remembers with deep respect and sorrow a man who left a lasting impact on the hearts of the team members of the former Arenaturist and today’s Arena Hospitality Group.
In addition to serving as the CEO of Arenaturist from 1999 until his last day on April 9, 2015, he held numerous significant roles – from Mayor of Pula to Full Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Tourism at the Juraj Dobrila University of Pula.
Honoring the legacy of his combined contributions in both fields, Arena Hospitality Group has announced a scholarship competition for second-year graduate students of the “Culture and Tourism” and “Tourism and Development” programs at the Faculty of Economics and Tourism in Pula.
The aim of the scholarship is to support outstanding students in completing their education and developing professionally in the field of culture and tourism, providing not only financial assistance but also the opportunity to begin their careers through an internship at Arena Hospitality Group.
