Q: How do I apply for a job?

You can apply for a job by filling out the form on our website (https://www.arenahotels.com/hr/o-nama/karijera) or by filling out the application form directly at the reception desk at the company's headquarters in Smareglina 3, 52100 Pula.  

Q: How do I know that my job application has been received? 

Once you have filled out the form on our website, you will get a message that your application has been received. Of course, you can call us and check as well.

Q: Is the job seasonal?

Yes, we hire for a fixed term.

Q: When do you start hiring seasonal workers?

As a rule, hiring starts before Easter, but it depends on the specific facility you are being hired for.

Q: What jobs can I apply for?

You can apply for the following positions: waiter (m/f), chef (m/f), butcher (m/f), pastry chef (m/f), …..

Q: Do I have to speak foreign languages?

It depends on the position you are applying for. For example, if you are applying for a waiter/waitress job, you should speak 2 world languages; for the position of cook a foreign language is not required.

Q: How will you let me know if you need a person with my credentials?

We will give you a phone call.

Q: When can I expect a reply?

We will do our best to contact you as soon as possible.

Q: Do you provide room and board?

Employees coming from other regions are provided with board and lodging. The accommodation is located in our tourist resort Horizont, in Pula. For more information about accommodation, please click the link: Staff Accommodation.

Q: What documents are required for an employment contract?

1.         ID card
2.         Current account number (IBAN)
3.         Personal identification number
4.         Proof of educational qualifications
5.         Proof of years of service
6.        Temporary residence registration certificate if you have a temporary residence address
