Arena Hospitality Group continues the announced expansion of its portfolio throughout Central and Eastern Europe. In addition to the existing hotels, resorts and campsites in Pula and Medulin, as well as hotels in Germany, Hungary and Serbia, AHG has expanded its business to Austria by completing the purchase of FRANZ ferdinand Mountain Resort in Nassfeld worth HRK 112 million. With this strategic move, AHG has entered a new market that will complement Group’s existing business. The takeover and management of the hotel start in the winter season 2021/2022.

Arena Hospitality Group has joined the national tree planting campaign taking place during the month of November called “Plant a tree, don’t be a stump!” organized by eponymous national association for organizing tree-planting campaigns.

Arena Hospitality Group announces that on 28 September 2021 the Group, through its subsidiary Sugarhill Investments B.V. has entered into a property purchase agreement with “K1” Hotelerrichtungs GmbH (part of MID Holding group) pursuant to which the Group will acquire the FRANZ ferdinand MOUNTAIN RESORT NASSFELD, a 4-star hotel in Nassfeld, Austria at a consideration of HRK 112 million.

Arena Hospitality Group joined the project "Thousand students - a million experiences" launched by the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, and the Croatian Tourism Association, with the support of the Ministry of Science and Education, Ministry of Culture and Media, Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development and Central State Office of demographics and youth.
